Getting Ready to Grow
The training “Getting Ready to Grow” with WEConnect International is a free self-paced online course offered in English, Spanish and Portuguese for all the WECommunity global network of women business owners. To access the course, it is necessary to finalize the registration with WEConnect International. It is meant to help women entrepreneurs achieve their growth objectives.
The course includes:
- Module 1: Revisiting your Business Plan, Getting Ready to Grow
- Module 2: Building a Winning Sales Pitch
- Module 3: Determining your Capital Requirements
- Module 4: Digital Marketing
- Module 5: Leading towards Growth
This training was possible thanks to the support of the US Agency for International Development (USAID).
My Role:
I was responsible for conducting the system administration, database upkeep, and support of day-to-day operational needs of the network as needed for the English, Spanish and Portuguese versions of the course. I also coordinated the Portuguese version of the course “Getting Ready to Grow” with WEConnect International.
Alongside the team lead, we developed the learning resources, including instructional videos, practice guides, learning templates, and quizzes.
