The advantage of technology in fields such as education and training is the scaling of knowledge. The best way to scale learning nowadays is through Massive Only Courses (MOOCs) that are free, publicly available, and have high enrollment. However, there are no instructors in most MOOCs, making the courses impersonal and decreasing the students’ engagement.
